Who We Are

Michigan Chamber members have told us in survey after survey that the high cost of health insurance threatens their profitability more than any other factor. They wanted our help. Responding to this request, the Michigan Chamber created an insurance division, Michigan Chamber Services, Inc. (MCSI) in 1996 as a full-service independent insurance agency providing group benefits and commercial insurance services to over 300 employer groups. in addition to meeting the insurance needs of employers, MCSI provides a full range of services including workshops and seminars, labor law posters and other compliance manuals, and a business brokerage service. Staffed by a team of nine seasoned professionals, we offer expertise and guidance in benefits planning, implementation and administration. We are committed to each of our clients, and our strong client relationships are a great measure of our success.

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide employer groups with the most comprehensive and cost-effective employee benefit programs available to help attract and retain good employees. We are committed to delivering the highest level of service available in the industry. In addition, all of the tools and resources accessible through the Michigan Chamber are available to clients to assist them with new legislative and regulatory changes such as the healthcare reform bill.
