The agency was started in 1996, led by owners Becky Wagner, Carmen Schafer and customer service representative Joni Heckman-Jegla. Combined they have over 70 years of experience in the field. “We have excellent claims service and allow our insured’s to decide where they would like to have their possessions repaired, or replaced.”  “We also still make house calls.” Our agency offers life, auto, home, business, farm, mobile home, and recreational insurance. We also carry long term care, Individual Medical,  Medicare Supplements, Disability, Annuities, and Bond coverage.
 

We also offer a great Annuity IRA product, which has a guaranteed minimum of 3% regardless of the economy.  This plan is great for existing customers as it allows an additional  5% discount on your existing home & auto policies. "We only choose companies that we would use ourselves".  The policies and plans that we have relating to medical are also very extensive, ranging from individual and group medical, medicare supplements, and gap coverage for students and unemployed if they are in between jobs or just out of college.
